Help! Corrupted Save Game?

I cannot get past the year 1305 (or whatever year I'm at in the attached save). I end my turn, and the game just hangs. I tried restoring from one turn prior's autosave, same thing. I contacting the AI before ending my turn, doing some trades, turning off autosave ... nothing. I end my turn and then it just hangs.

Anyone have any ideas?
