So some stupid rouge security thing is attacking my computer [AntiVira AV], and my real security programs don't seem to be working or detecting it. How the hell can I get rid of it?

Mostly getting spammed by fake alert messages from the rogue security center, and for some reason it keeps trying to open up porn and Viagra websites even though I have my wireless Internet connectivity turned off on my computer. It also seems to have disabled Mcafee some how

The basic versions' free, the paid version isn't a bad price either. It's just an antivirus that can also catch other malware. Haven't seen it fail yet in removing something it detects.

EDIT: For my mom's (now blown-up) machine, that is.
