Help Merging WOC and BUG

I've attempted to merge WOC and BUG together, only to discover that there's no interface, the advisors don't work and I can't access the option menu. I've uploaded the link here; can anyone please help?

We did not attempt it we just used a mod that already had both in. The Revolutions mod is the one we based RoM off of.

Well if you send me a tutorial on how to use Python modcomps with RevDCM that would be great.

It is the same as BUG. Just use their tutorials.
