He's on aployton's general forum and talking about switching from pc to mac. he seems to be getting flamed a bit, help bring him over to the light side!!!

You wrote that Mac users were assured of the 1.29 patch, but I haven't seen any such assurance. I hope you're not going to lie to the guy to try to get him to switch.

He wants to tell us not to jump the gun and make assumptions. Even if he did know something, I doubt he'd be allowed to say it until an official announcement was made.

must have misunderstood, I thought we were told that the editor was going to match the pc editor and for that to be true, we would have to have 1.29. sorry. didn't mean to misrepresent anything, I guess i just misunderstood.

Easily understood, Brad's posts can sometimes be Yoda-ish.
He said it would be as powerful as the 1.21f PC editor, meaning no fixes beyond what we already have but w/ the editor.

Having just switched to Mac, I'll join you all in the trenchs as we wait on the official word re something... anything...

aside from the mac/pc argument on that particular thread, it's usually full of lots 'o' good civvin'.
