Help with blocking world editor

Hey! I am a long time civ player and have been starting to attempt harder difficulties but I have a self control problem with using the world editor whenever I get into a bind(THE VILLAGERS WERE HOSTILE AAGGGHH WHY! AND HOWD ALL FIFTEEN OF YOU FIT IN THAT LITTLE HUT). Is there any way, or a mod, that can lock the world editor button? I also play with Rise of Mankind2 mod, so compatitable with that.

EDIT: oh man just realized I posted in the wrong forum(civ rev instead of civ4). If a mod could move topic, would be appreciated! Sorry until then.

If you create a custom game and check "lock modified assets" then I believe worldbuilder will be blocked.
