Help with cultural win strategy!

I only have a short pont that was not mentioned elsewhere:
In all my 20k victories i had built BOTH GREAT LIBRARY and THE ORACLE. I haven't check but they give you huge culture in the end.

Yeah, but on a larger map it's more difficult to keep your opponent in check.
