Help With Installation

I need some help installing Civilizations 3 Complete on my windows vista. From what i've read thus far its supposed to work with vista. The installation starts off well but when it starts downloading Civilizations III Complete/Art/Movies/race.bik it just stops there and no progress is made. Does anyone know how to fix this?
