Help with weird menu text

here are my system specs

Processor: Intel® Pentium® 4 Processor at 3.06GHz
Windows Xp Home
System Memory: 512MB DDR333 SDRAM 184-pin DIMM
Hard Drive: 160GB 7200RPM Ultra ATA
Video: Integrated VIA ProSavageDDR Graphics Accelerator; open AGP slot
Sound: Integrated 6-Channel AC'97 Audio CODEC

So I installed both Civ 4 and Warloads.... When i launch the game the video is slow but still doable. But then when the menu shows up the text isn't in english but some weird sanscrit looking thing. Is it the disk i installed or something? Or my video card? Direct X is updated and well as well as my video and audio drivers. What is the problem and how do i fix it? Plus i have installed 1.61 patch

hmm...try updating your videocard...

the only other languages i know of that the game comes in are German, Italian, French, Spanish, and English...not Sanskrit

Perhaps reinstalling the game, that could help

its intergrated is the s3 prosavage pretty crappy?
