HELP! Won't let me change leaders

I tried to switch from Asoka to Gandhi, on the choose your civilization and leader screen, to no avail. Couldn't switch from Frederick to Bismarck, either. Any ideas or maybe I'm missing something. I cannot switch leaders.

well there's not much to it. you click on their portrait and it switches over. If you just mouse over the head without clicking it'll tell you their traits, but never had an issue switching to them with a single click on their head. If it doesn't work for you, maybe a mouse issue? no idea..
