How do i change the city art? i have the art i want to put in, i just don't know where to change it.

Your going to have to expand on what you mean by "City Art" Do you mean the City Bar icons at the bottem?

The City Interface Screen?
The Buildings?

This requires some graphics editing and some knowledge of XML.

I personally use 3dsmax to do my 3d graphics editing.
Check around the forums for some useful Tutorials.. thats how I started out.
