Henry VIII from CIV Gold

This is Henry VIII from CIV Gold 4.0

I made this using a base model created by Ekmek, then screwing round with skinning and some props.

It's not a true-to-life Henry VIII, but it's one of the better LH that I've done (I'm no C.Roland or bernie14) so I thought I'd add it.

NOTE: This is not modular "as is", but I have included the XML so it can be made modular. I know some people wanted the LH but did not want all of Gold.

To make it modular, you will have the change the civilizationinfos.xml entry for England, and add a Diplomacy.xml entry for him.

I used Canterbury Cathedral for the background.

It looks very nice Wyz_sub10! Though it is pretty funny, the other day I was thinking how I needed a Henry VIII leaderhead, now you post one. Now I can play as my must favorite English king!

maybe adding a joao beard or one from the vittorio might differentiate it more. other than that its a good job!

I think its a modification of my George III, which uses peter the great but with joao's suit. It looks like he swapped Washington's hair for a hat. Wyz did pretty damn good in my book.

Thanks! Yes, that's exactly what it is - I recolored George III and played with his proportions a bit. The hair is there (it's necessary to plug the gaping whole at the back of his head otherwise ), but it's very small. The beret I have used on other LH and it seemed to fit.

I went with a painted on beard simply because most pics of Henry VIII show him with sparse facial hair - nothing full or prominent.
