I'm not exactly a reviewer, but I'll just name some things that told me this wasn't a scenario I wanted to play:

The civ names, don't you know how to change them?
It's a very small file, and obviously hasn't been worked on much.
Afghanistan has no coastline.

These things I noted first off...I'm sorry, but I've been playing scenarios by the guys on this forum for quite some time now, and I've come to expect well-thought out, and hard-worked on scenarios. And just because you made a few mistakes doesn't mean you can't fix them, it's just that you'd better fix them now, because they tarnish the scenario.
