Heroes II Scenario

I am playing Heroes of Might and Magic II The Price of Loyalty. I've tried all the normal level standard games up to Overlord, which I always loose. I can't conquer all lands within 4 months. THe alternative is to bring 150,000 gold to the overlord. I have no idea who the overlord is or where to bring the money. Does anyone know?

I haven't played HoMM2 in ages.
