Wow! check out these screenies on GameSpot. It's a huge departure from the graphics in previous Heroes titles. It's coming out in Q1 2006.

"3D RPG" is what came to mind for me too.
REALLY curious as to how the bleep this is going to work, but it looks like they've screwed up.
(played HoMM1 and 2, which were good)

Woo finally! Me and a friend have been playing HOMM4 for a long time now, this is very good news, looks wonderful too! Q1 2006 though.. Well, I've got WoW to keep me busy til then.

I don't care about the grahpics, just make the game as good as II and III, please. I enjoyed IV, but it was not as good as the previous ones.

I played all the campaigns for all the xpacks, but not all of the scenarios.
