I'm in a Golden age and should be getting 1 Era point for Eurekas - but I'm not. In a previous game I should have got 1 point for every completed trade route, but didn't. any ideas?

If you are in a golden age, you can't get any dedications for earning era points. So 1 era point for Eurekas (after choosing the Free Inquiry dedication) and 1 point for every completed trade route (after choosing the Reform the Coinage dedication) are only valid for normal and dark ages.

If you are in a golden age, you can't get any dedications for earning era points.

Exception to this would be if you're playing Tamar of Georgia. Otherwise, yes, this is working properly.
