Now in Black and White!!
Right, simple request-
I'm looking for a historical textbook to read or what would be considered 'required reading' for someone sitting a historical degree, International Relations early 20th century would be ideal, WW1 or WW2, Napoleonic Europe etc, that era.
Or if you've sat a degree in history in your time, what was it on? and what books do you believe helped you in learning what you needed to know?
I'm not sitting a degree, I just want to get ideas for text to improve my knowledge on my own time.
Ready, go.
and thanks.
