He wouldn't have seen the car if he was looking through his camera with a zoom lens on. ie. one eye closed and the other trained on something hundreds of metres away.

I only found one part of this video funny. That was the guy in the baseball cap right at the end throwing his hands up at the driver for doing a hit and run - on a race track.
