Hostile Takeover triggering when already completed

Not a big thing but certainly not how it's supposed to work since I didn't have to do anything to complete this quest. Next turn I got my reward.

I had that one happen to me too. It ended with me getting +60 gold/turn because I had Wall Street, bank, grocer, and market I imagine it's working as intended, and is supposed to reward you if you get all the resource types for the corporation. Or, it challenges you to acquire the types you don't have. But consider it a reward for having all the resources already

I don't think that it is not working as intended - you should have at least 1 resource type you need to acquire. But the Python code does not check for that when it looks for the trigger, it just looks for a corporate HQ...
