I was trying that out and it seemed to work fine. I was on a tiny pangea map with 2 humans and 2 AI. I was playing both humans, it seems to be a good way to figure out how fog of war and other intelligence functions work.
It seemed that the person reporting the bug was in the obligation to play four players at the time (the AI didn't take them in charge). But happy to have positive feedback. It was important to me as I intend to play with my girlfriend
I am trying to play with a hot seat game with 2 human and 2 AI players, but the AI players are not computer controlled. It is as if they were human players with their own turns. Does anyone know how to get this to work?
I thought the patch was the fix, but I tried a hotset game yesterday and the problem came up again.
Am I 100% certain that I scrolled down to change ALL of the "Human" to "AI" slots and closed the rest of them? Yes. Would I stake my life on it? Maybe not. Or perhaps this is a real bug that comes up randomly... because I tried it again immediately, and it worked.
Does it have to do with the order that one sets those slots up?
