Theodora is the prettiest over the Ages... take a look at Cleopatra, she is actually not bad in Ancient Ages, but ugh... Industrial Age does not suit her.

Ummmm. I could elaborate on that, but I think some things are better suited for PMs. Anyways, I just ran a private "Mister-C3C-Competition" with my girlfriend, and indeed William won, with Mao coming in second.

In the "Miss C3C department", she also votes for Theodora. She also thinks that Montezuma should be included among the candidates. She thought he was female until I told her a while ago and still wants to refer to him as "her".

Theodora, by far. I once kept her around in a game where I'd crushed all her cities but one, mostly so I could go see her pretty face and give her presents.
Isabella is probably my second choice... she's not bad looking, though that wolfish grin can be a little creepy (or kinky, depending on how you look at it ).
Cleopatra is pretty cool too, though honestly I don't think her in game portrait does justice to the 'legend' of her beauty. So she gets third place.
As for Joan... I've tried to stay away fron her ever since I saw her "Modern" portrait - the one where she's friggin BALD . Here's a tip for the ladies: never ever go bald. Short hair is great, but bald is for old men, fat guys, and bodybuilders. I'm all for equality, but sorry to say the bald thing is just something women don't pull off well - kind of like guys and growing breasts. It just doesn't look good, m'kay?
Elizabeth and Catherine are tied for last since I can't tell which one is older or uglier.


But, uh... yeah, thats just my perverted opinion.
