How am i doing?

In my current game on regent level I am the Persians. I like the attribute industrious, and scientific is great for my style of play. So right now im at the year 1000 a.d. about. Maybe a few turns more. Anyway im in the middle ages and have researched engineering, monotheism, fuedalism, theology, gunpowder, invention, astronomy, banking and economics. Military wise i think i have adequate defenses, and at the beginning of the middle ages i totally crippled japan and took about 6-8 cities. As a huge plus i currently have every luxury resourse except ivory tru trading. So for at least 20 turns happiness is one less thing to worry about. Anyways i could go on and on about how im doing could everyone give me thier feed back and give any tips on what to do next thx.

Everyone will have Riflemen by the time you get Cavalry, so you'll want to stay at peace for a while. Build 50-100 workers to lay down your rail network and head for Tanks.

thx for the compliment china444. I just worked my way up from cheftian. Back to topic: on my continent my rivals are egypt, vikings and most important my terrotorial size equal china. Since the terrotories i captured form japan have alot of curroption i need a forbidden palace soon. If i want complete control of my continent i need to take out china and the vikings. Should i declare war on one of them now or work on making my cities economic powerhouses. I think going for cavalry can help me take out 1 in a massive early industrial age war. I will use the middle ages to build up. I should i also take out japan from the game before middle ages are up.

New Destroyer:I'd suggest beelining for replaceable parts once u get to industrial age.Then try the 'WW1 Style Artillery Rush' tactic
youll find in the CF Military Academy Section.Even if your offense is stymied, you should have the best defenders for a while.

I would disagree with the WW1 style artillery rush, well for one it creates a stalemate, use blitzcreig tatics instead.

@Neoruski Yeah Blitzkrieg is more reliable but Rep Parts could give you military gains much earlier, if you pull it off.
