How did get into NES?

Last spring I ended up finding the NES section of CivFanatics. It seemed pretty cool, so I joined Azale's American Empire NES as White Russia. It was propably the weakest nation in the game and I ended up demanding USSR to give me Finland without any real reason, which was stupid taken that USSR was one of the strongest nations around.. I can't believe what a lousy player I was!! It took me one turn to even realize that you don't do only diplomacy and stories, you must also do orders :D

I DID succesfully invade USSR's Finland just before that game ended, though.. man, I loved that game :)

I started nesing in 1998 in a now dead site. Nation based nesing started at Apolyton in 2000 and I was there from about the third game there. I have been here since October 2002. You are all still noobs, and you all know it ;)

I played with maps and countries since I had a computer ;) But I don't know if it's nesing... cause stories were only in my head not writen...

I had read the Never Ending Story by UK and was looking for a NES to join, and thats when I saw UKNES2 and RTOR2. Those 2 really got me into it.

I think one time when i was banned i was reading the forums and I couldnt post so i looked at this one, (for no reason) and when I got unbanned I joined, I think my first one was Azales Empire of Mexico NES or whatever (i joined as Japan), and then I entered some crapper NESes that died. Then i joined stjnes4 as the sioux.

(and i tried to increase airforce in 1200 AD.....wow im a moron :suicide: )

China, Empire of Mexico NES was one of mine.

For me, it was RTOR2NES. Although I wasn't in it until the not-very-successful revival of it, I had heard or read about it in the normal Civ3 Stories & Tales forum (Warman's History of Rome thread) and I saw that it came from RTOR2NES, and I decided to check it out. I started reading the NES from Page 1 and I just kept on reading and reading and reading for a few weeks until I finally got to the end - Page two hundred and something-or-other. I decided to try one of these NESs out (since it was already late in RTOR2 and it was dying anyway) and I went into Jason's StJNES4: The Normal Story NES, which was honestly my best NES experience.
and yada-yada-yada, I've been in 6 or 7 NESs and moderated one of my own.

i was bored one day and reading all the stories.. ran out of stories so cam ein wonderin wth NES's were. So i came in and my first nes closeed down after about 4 updates ty Jason :p
