I want this:
UB1: "escola militar" replaces public school, generates production and faith instead of science and +15xp to units built in city
UB2: "favela" +15xp to units build in city, if city has no garisson for 3 turns, city will enter revolt, avaliable with globalization
UU: "FEB" double movement, double xp and +30% combat strenght in jungle or forest, replaces marine
UU2: "traficante":extremely weak against units, strong against cities, invisible until attacks, when he attacks he is visible for 3 turns, causes unrest in a city when he attacks, avaliable with globalization
UA: "Order and progress": +40% production towards units when at war, towards buildings when in peace. +50% great people generation.
Favorite ideology: freedom.
Favorite religion: catholicism.

Also, you need the "favela" tô create the "traficante"
And the "traficante"s unrest is for 3 turns and he Don"t declare war when he attacks, but he can be killed without declaring war
