How do I Pack the FPK for C2C properly?

I realize I can probably figure this out just fine but when I looked around on the site for some instructions here I saw SO had some serious struggles at first.

So I figured I'd just ask and created a new thread so that when the answer is forthcoming it can be linked to the Modder's Documentation thread.

So, how do I pack the FPK properly for C2C?

The tutorial Using PakBuild to compress your Art folder gives good instructions. You need to create a special assets with all the art you want to put in one FPK.
