How do you build acquire Gargantuan Machine

Australia is fighting me with Gargantuan Machines which are more powerful than my Giant Death Robots. How do I get these machines? I'm Bismark. King continents game.

Never heard of that before. There's no such unit in the game (and Bismarck isn't in the game either). You must be using mods.

yeah whoever Germany is nowadays, no mods, apparently his GDR's were promoted more than mine and Australia named theirs
