I just built a millitary academy but I can't figure out how to use it! Can someone please tell me how, Please Please Please!
How Do You Create an Army?

It's not going to convince anyone to answer you more than if you didn't say it at all 
And, to create an Army you need to first have a Military Great Leader. To get one, you must win a battle with a land unit when it is Elite. There is a 1/16 chance of you getting an MGL that way.
When you get one, move it to a city. Then, you can create an army.
From that point on, you can create armies without an MGL, if that city has a Military Academy.

In the build queue for the city where you built the Military Academy, you'll find "Army" - you select it and build it like any other unit.

so, one can build the military academy small wonder w/o having a victorious army? It sounds like, if Ebitdadada already has built the mil. acad, then an army should be available on the city's build list.
unless of course you do not have enough cities (is it 4 or 5 per army?) to support another army...
