Ive just installed the 1.21 patch and dont know how to move lots in a stack!? anybody help?

Hold down the " j " button and then use the mouse as you normally would.
I've never tried stacked movement using the keypad as the moving method so I'm not sure if it works.

Select a unit, then press J - you will get the Go To cursor, select the target destination and all unfortified units of that type will move to the new destination. Aircraft will attempt to rebase.

Sometimes this generally useful feature can be a pain - certainly I would like the option of selecting whether my fortified units move as part of the stack or not. Additionally, if the stack move will take a number of moves to complete and you change your mind mid-journey, you have to redirect each unit individually - you cannot override one stack destination with another stack destination.

All you have to do is go into the stack then Shift select each unit, which cancels their orders. Then just redirect them using the stack command again.

I will give that a go, thanks. :goodjob:

also you don't need to hold down 'j' for stacked movement. Just pressing it once will do. you just might accidentally move everyone on the stack if you think releasing 'j' will cancel stack movement.
