So you get amenities from luxury resources and the amenities from that resource are distributed around different citiesK.

How does it work with the enterntainment complex will all the amenities of those buildings go to the local city or will it be distributed to the other cities?

and does the district have to be close a other city to give the amenities to it? Like built in the middle of 2 cities to influence it 2 or doesn't it matter?

This si something i don't get about civ 6

Until the zoo, the entertainment complex only fulfills its parent city. The zoo and stadium give bonuses in a 6 tile radius.

So its best to built cities close to eachother and built the entertainment complex so it reach many cities.

Yes, and remember that regional effects of the entertainment district buildings (and industrial zone buildings as well, for that matter) are measured from the entertainment district tile to the city center in question (not the distance between the two city centers).

Wait so industrial zone works the same way? so you don't need a factory in each city? I guess i didn't understant the game that well about regional effects.

So workshop give production to cities within 6 tiles really?

Yes, but if you do have a factory in multiple cities, and the factories are all in range of multiple city centers, each city benefits in range from multiple factories. Overlapping regional effects (for both production and amenities, in the case of zoos and stadiums) can be very powerful. That's also what makes Toronto's suzerain bonus (adding +3 tiles to regional effect range) is arguably OP.

The more important thing is not have tiles in the core of your empire that are 4+ from the nearest city.

That range of 6 is one too few to make minimal allowed by the game placement optimal. (Due to minimum distance between cities, you'll have the same number of cities benefiting from the regional effect weather you are using minimum allowed by the game or one beyond it; and with careful city & district placement it won't even affect two past minimum allowed by the game.)
