I have to say that the results of the online test are a bit skewered as to be inaccurate.

The test page asks you to read what I would consider a relatively boring passage. Compared to one of your favourite books, your comprehension of that article I would say is going to be significantly lower and not the most accurate result, and I feel comprehension is directly related to interest.

Measuring how fast you can read your favourite book that you have read 57 times, know by heart, are very interested in etc. would prove nothing!
