HOW LONG DO YOU PLAY and WHEN

I normally go about 4-6 hrs a day and in the morning through early afternoon. I tend to finish a full game in one sitting. If I'm wrapped up in a long difficult game, I'll spend some time looking at the map and current situation and plan out my moves.

Oh joy............I've just had some wonderful news. My wife has a business trip that means she'll be away over a weekend. That means I can play from about 10pm on the Friday till 7am on the Monday

I'll have to get some sleep of course but not too much.

Sometimes I manage to get in 15 or 20 minutes in the morning between feeding my triplets. Every few days there is a cosmic convergence where all three have eaten, there is no laundry to do, nor bottles to make, it's very similiar to witnessing a solar eclipse. And for those precious minutes (and I waste this time playing PTW, kinda sad really.) I am free, blissfully free !

I unfortunatly can't play that long on the weekdays. Maybe an hour or two. But on the weekends it is a different story. I can play for about 12-18 hours a day.

I have to confess, I am one of the poor souls who goes for 6+ hours at a time. Let's just say that it has made for some sore backs, some difficult workdays, and more than a few lost opportunities. On the other hand, it surely has been fun; man, I love Civ 3!

you know warmonger, if you want help, just go see a therapist. Addictions to computer are very real and serious. Just see how much I used to play Diablo II (i still play too much, just not as much as before).

As for me, if I actually boot up, I'll play around 3-5 hours (I voted on the 4-6). Sometimes I'll go all day, all night. Other times I'll play for about 15 minutes.
