Hello everyone
I'm just interested to see if other people have more than one game gong at once? I used to start a game and stick with it to the end but lately, since I've been concentrating on beating my own high scores I find I've developed a tendency to start new games before finishing the old one. Now I have two Monarch games and three Emperor games going and not one of them has really gotten off the ground yet. Now I started another game on Chieftain, this time setting myself a silly victory condition.
What do you do?

Most people pick one victory/difficulty, but play several games at once to get the best start. You might play 5 games to 1000BC, then pick the top 2 and play them to 10AD.

Just like what Dave said.

100% AGREED! :goodjob:

BUT, I only have ONE game going at the moment........the reason is that this game is a "Throw-Down" experimental game.....that WILL be submitted to the HOF because there are either none or very few games submitted for this category! :) (I "hate" to see "empty" slots in the Lists!) .......However, I still used Moonsinger/Dianthus' MapFinder utility program to get a good start position! ;)

If you are going for an HOF NUMERO UNO spot, as DaveMcW & Moonsinger usually are, do something similar to Dave's suggestion! ;)

P.s. I hope DaveMcW doesn't mind my assumed "informality" with his handle!

Thanks for the advices
I'm going to try and finish the games I have going at the moment and from then try to get back to one at a time. I already use mapfinder (belated thanks Moonsinger & Dianthus) and some of my "games" consist of ~30 maps played to between 1000-500 BC. Each time I'm playing one I think "one of the others might be better..."
Anyhoo, thanks again

p.s. nobody need worry about their no. 1 slot! :-D
