How much space does CIVII take on the hard drive?
Where in Australia can I by CIVII?
Is it possible to just have it downloaded of the web?

CWH: Welcome to the forums. The Civ2 v2.42 Install Guide says you need 15MB. My Civ2 folder actually uses 70MB, but that includes saved games, downloaded scenarios, etc. I expect later versions of Civ2 [which allow multiplayer, better scenario support, etc] require more than 15MB.

I don't know about Australia, but you can order it online through Amazon or EBay for about 5 US dollars. I don't think you can legally DL it from the web.

Civ II (MGE by the way) uses about 45 MB on my hard drive. I don't remember for Civ II (original version), but I'd bet it's less than that, unless you have many saved games and scenarios in addition...

Yes, at least Test of Time. You have a thirty minutes trial before the game stops and asks you to pay (I don't remember where, but it should be easy to find out). If you happen to find a "free" version, it's probably because it's not legal.

My Civ242 folder has 374MB, of which 298MB is the Videos folder and 33MB is the Kings folder, so the rest of the files are about 43MB. I keep my saved games in a separate folder for backing up.

My CivMGE folder is about 47MB, without any video files.

You can *LEGALLY* dowload a trial version of "Test of time" from www.trygames.com and to buy it for 11 euros.
