How often to you PM

Sometimes I do, but not too often.

Poor evie, one teenage girl shows up on the forum and she is blitzed by a million computer kids.

I used to have 5-10 PMs waiting for me after most weekends and a couple each day.

Now I recieve none.

Lately I dont get many pm's, only one or two per week. In the old days I used to get alot, but now I found other ways to communicate with those people.

OT: I send and recive PM regulary to one member, but not that often. Otherwice very rare. I keep it all the time on 90something % by delited the old PM's.

When the Tourny was around, I'd get a steady stream. Now, maybe 2 or so a week from posters requesting to close/move a thread, etc. If I pm you, then you're (most likely) banned or something..

When your banned can you access the pm's and forums but just not post on the forums? Or can you not access the forums at all?

You are banned from the forums. You can PM other people, but you can't post anywhere. I was banned for about a day once. I hated it. My original sentence was 7 days, but luckily Lefty changed his mind. I love him now! *hugs Lefty*

I've never been banned, I usually get up and walk away from the pc before I post something that I might regret.
I would hate to be banned cause I am here every night/morning now and that would mean I might actually have to start to get more the 6 hours sleep a night again

You can still access pm's and the forum (but not post) as long as you're not permbanned - then you can't access anything.

I was curious CT, how do you know when someone else has been permabanned? What horrible things do you have to do to have that happen?

The user's title is usually changed to perm-banned. As to what someone can type here that would get them perm-banned, I like the weekends where search is enabled and I can look over the posts of perm-banned posters. It's fun seeing some of the archived material and why these folks are no longer among the living...

Actually, the post(s) that get them perm-banned are usually deleted (or at least removed from public view).

(The most *common* cases I've seen have been the occasional porn-spammers: they register, start flooding the site with graphic images, and get banned, usually in a matter of minuites.)

I haven't recieved a PM for a few days... And in total i've recieved around 40. I've only sent 2 - 3 PM's that haven't been reply's.
I prefer to talk in the Chatroom
I delete em all as soon as i've read em.
