Hello everyone. I've come to the harsh realization that not only do I not have the time to create a new unit in Blender, I also do not have the skill, dedication, nor motivation to create one (Blender is too complex for my smooth brain). So, that being said, where can i find someone for a custom unit? Don't see what I want in the Unit Creations forum

You can request a unit here -

Guidelines regarding commissions -

At Civfanatics we do not allow solicitations to engage in person-to-person commercial transactions (i.e. offering to sell or pay for mods) as it violates our policy regarding commercial advertising. See WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED in the site rules.

If an individual does respond to your request, any discussion or offer of compensation must be done via private message.

What can you not do in Blender? What is most difficult for you?

It would have to be Animation. I can midel, move the armature, make the armature, all that, but I dont know how the animation mechanism works. I also have no idea how to make the multiple camera angles for the units, that one is the harder part. Other than that, everything else is very simple or easy for me

I have more animated units ready for ancient, medieval or fantasy scenario. All types of units before gunpowder era. I can explain how to change cameras, it's super easy but you do not need it really. The script does it for you, and if you need to see your unit from all directions you can turn it in 3d space.

/edit/ you can toggle cameras when you enable/disable icons, white arrow pointing towards them, icon(pc monitor) enabling the camera in viewport, icon(photo camera) enables rendering camera view. You can make each of cameras active in viewport by clicking on it and holding ctrl+0
