How do I change French flag to the tricolor one?

You mean you want to change the current blue and gold fleur d lis type icon used by france to an icon reflecting the modern french flag, right?

This is not super difficult, but you would need to use photoshop or gimp to make new icon files for the game to use. Kael's guide to modding has a section on adding icons that works pretty well. I used it to change USA and some other flags to more modern looking ones. It is possible that someone else has already done this and can direct you to where to find it. Otherwise, read Kael's intro to modding (it is stickied) and find the icon section. It will at least get you started.

That's what I meant. I found some icons where there's the tricolor flag for France. Unfortunately I don't know how to mod and it would take forever for old geezer such as me to learn to do it myself.
