This Tutorial mainly deals with How to Make an accurate single palette from units that have different palettes used for many flcs. It addresses changing or adding shadow shades to the palette, Using Pedit palette editor, SBB and Flicster. It offers a procedure for Resizing Units as well as a manual method for repositioning units on a Storyboard with PSP if they are not centered due to differences in Offsets before Resizing with Flicster.
