How to limit number of wonders per city

I remember the Rise of Mankind as well as its spinoff mods, A New Dawn and C2C have a component which limits the number of wonders that can be built in a city.

Does anyone know how I could implement this or the python code for limiting wonders? I'd really appreciate it.

It is in the XML. I don’t remember the name of the file, but it is easy to do. National Wonders are already limited.

AND2 has also introduced a new xml tag for buildings that increases the city's wonder limit.
