The Capo
godless Heathen
I did chop the top of his head off, that may have caused it to happen, but I dont' see how.
Emperor Pedro II of Brazil. I know you made him already, but I just don't like Napoleon mods, and I felt San Martin's model was too awesome to waste.
Thanks
The beard is originally Charlemagne's, and I like the texture quality so I didn't change it.
By the way your Gustav/CharlesV/and Pharaoh were all awesome. What are your next plans?
I'm working on a leaderhead wearing armor, and I'm having some trouble attaching gloss to a mesh. What's the step-by-step for adding gloss?
You didn't join the beard/eyebrows with the rest of the model. And after you do that you have to assign them to the jaw and eyebrows respectively. You do that by selecting object (say the beard) and going into edit mode, make sure the whole thing (the beard) is selected (it should be yellow) and then go back to object mode. Hold shift and click on the body (I usually click on the face/nose just to make sure I am selecting the right thing) and click on object then select join objects. After that go right back into edit mode, the beard should still be selected. On the bottom left there is a little thing that says assign, select, deselect etc. In the window pick the jaw and then click on assign. This should assign the beard to the jaw. Repeat this process with the eyebrows but make sure you select eyebrows instead of the jaw and it would help to separate the beard and both eyebrows from eachother because it makes it easier to work with and fine-tune (in case you have to resize or move anything around. Then you should do the nifswap.
Thnx for your help Capo, but if you check my model, I already joined the beard and model together. However I haven't assigned them as you showed here (beard to jaw, eyebrow to eyebrow), but when I try it in blender, it says 'No vertex group is active'. Help?![]()
gloss like for units? LHs don't work that AFAIK. If you post your nif I can take a look. It may be because you used a nonshader version or something happened on the export. If you post the nif I should be able to figure it pretty quickly.
