How to make your game more historicly acurate

Uh... I have no idea what you just said, Fascist. :crazyeye: BTW why did you change your avatar?

I'm trying to say that if your the first to get Scientific meathod and buils ToE, your probably playing a bulider strat. What this does is allow you to jump ahed techs, so your military is more advanced, and can start expanding if you need to.

And I changed my avitar because I was bored if the old one. I change usualy weekly but I kept this one for a while.

Whether or not you can build ToE has nothing to do with your strategy. In fact, a militaristic strategy is more likely to get it, if anything, since it:

a) Eliminates competition
b) Ensures technological parity
c) Ensures productive dominance

If you're playing peacefully, you have to get SciM first or close to it. If you're playing militaristically, you can send troops to capture/raze the AI cities that are building it. You can also use the endless resources of your empire to BUY SciM. You might even have a leader (in vanilla) to rush ToE.

Yeah, whatever.

Well sOOOOOOry, just bescase I like to play bulider strat.

Update for discussion: Javilin throweres should get 3/1/1, since your really not getting much extra def with a javilin, and the 2/2/1 nitch is already filled by the bowman.

I meant no offense- sorry

I guess it's a good idea, but there's other units in the game with the same stats. For example, the Knight and the War Elephant. But I would like a Unique Unit with 3/1/1. It's essentially a swordsman that doesn't require Iron and has the Enslave ability, both at the cost of a defense point instead of an attack point like it currently is.

Not possible."

There are 2 areas in the editor where corruption can be adjusted. one is on the government types page where one can set the level of corruption for each govornment type. The 2nd place was on another page where more general settings regarding AI and players could be played with and one could set corruption at a certain percentage. I know this is not exactly the same as what is asked about above, but couldn't one set something pretty close to 50% corruption by adjusting the settings on these 2 pages?

Yes, but you couldn't put it in the effects of a city improvement. :(

Yes, you could configure the General Settings and Governments pages to make a government that was close to this, but not exactly. And that's the only thing you could do with corruption to make it 50%.

The Guerilla is fine as is. It's not supposed to be a powerhouse unit. It's supposed to be a unit that is okay, but has a chance of taking down a better unit. And you can do this en masse with the Guerilla.

I suppose you could in the Modern Era make a newer unit with a couple of extra attack points, but I don't think it would be worth it.

I think they should have had a bomber to go with the jet age like the B-52. A bomber a bit better than the B-17 you get with flight but not quite as good as the B-2 you get with stealth.

Yeah...That's what I like about Rise and Rule, they put in more units to "fill in the blanks" like that. Put it under Advanced Flight, it might give that tech some value.

@Modern Guerilla:Yeah- the guerilla already upgrades to TOW infantry in C3C. Or did you want something else?

I'd say the TOW Infantry fits the bill nicely. A little more overpowered that I would have used for a modern guerilla, but yeah, it works.
