How to Pause game during Multiplayer with a small keyboard?

Google told me it's the 'pause' or 'break' button on the keyboard, but I don't have that button on my keyboard on my MacBook Pro laptop. Is there a way to map it to another key or is there another way to pause the game, possibly using the function key?
