How to play the Austrians?

How do I play the Austrians in an Epic game? Or even better how can I change an existing civ with the Austrians in the game menu?

Thx again. Being an Austrian myself I am looking forward to playing them. I do not think that militaristic is the right trait for the Austrians, though. Most of the time Austria gained land by marriage and not war. Tu felix Austria,nube !
