Hey guys!
I started my first Gandhi game a while ago (Immortal, Marathon). I was going for multiple Steam achievements (Gandhi related but not only).
All was going fine(I think) but now I'm not sure what to do anymore. I'm playing other games because this one bored me. What can I do to make it more fun?
Presentation of the game in the spoiler below & save attached
This is where I started
Aztecs declared on me and normally it would have been my end but they face a dark, dark age and I didn't.
I think it's actually me who brought them back to life multiple times. Now why did I not finish them off? Texcoco seems awful to me + I'd like them to create their own religion for the Steam achievement (be at peace with 7 religion founders).
But now they're not trying anymore.
How could I help them build their religion? Giving them back their capital seems not worth it to me. But besides Netherlands, no one is trying to get a prophet for now.
OK so despite the mountains blocking me I expanded east because the continent below was crowded. I ruined Amsterdam by consuming their resources with Anansi, that was funny.
I have plans set up for An Engineer's Dream achievement.
Now what here? This area doesn't look that much interesting anymore
So I go very far away and settle other empty spaces of the map:
The greek are in a dark age and could be a bridge between my east and south expansions. But I cannot retain loyalty there right now so probably I'd be better off liberating and giving them back their cities for diplo bonus.
That's not much fun.
Now, I thought of liberating Qusqu (cf. above) and Tupe's capital (cf. below) to revive them, but it's far from my home so it will take time.
I'm not really worried about winning and yet I have dispersed myself on so many thing that now I'm unsure what would be fun to do.
Religious victory seem long and tedious to me.
What would you do here to keep it entertaining?
