How to remove the Shrine special ability?

Hi. I want to remove the religion's shrine ability to produce +1 of gold per every city with the religion. I have read the entire xml section for the shrines and I don't figure what area exactly I have to change in order to prevent the shrines to provide the special ability of gold per city...
