[GS] How will the new mechanics affect civilizations?

What civilizations will be suitable for diplomatic victory? I think Gilgamesh or Catherine ...

As well, the new units will nerf or buff the civs. Scythia will win, They will be able to upgrade their light cavalry units. However, the winged hussar of Poland will be obsolete earlier.

Scythia will have to have enough horses stockpiled before building their horseman I'd imagine. Unless you go with their uu, but I never had much success with their uu, I would rather use horseman.

So I wonder how the double build will affect them with new resource requirements. I expect it may be buggy.
