I am working on a bigger RFCE map (110x175)

Essentially the normal RFCE map with the eastward extension with the sides multiplied by 1.5

I know that @voigt is already using the @Nikas Kunitz map, and probably won't be interested in this, but if you ever want to use multiple map sizes, or if anyone is interested in a bigger Europe map in general, I plan to upload it when I'm done

Yes, I enlarged Ireland, due to our historical importance, combined with the fact that otherwise those tiles were just useless ocean.

I didn't notice it right away, I would strongly disagree that Ireland was historically relevant in the period covered by RFCE.

Also, there was no reason not to do it, seeing as otherwise those tiles would just be Atlantic Ocean.

To me, it's just about effective use of space. Why waste huge numbers of tiles on empty ocean when I can make a bigger Ireland.

Other islands, too. I'm the process of reworking the Azores, Madeira, and Canaries to be bigger.

Just like in RFC and DoC, Europe and Japan are enlarged because of their historical importance, the same has been done for Ireland here.
