I can't find them

I can't find the scenarios and is the shortcut for the mod supose to say fall from heaven 2 040 or just fall from heaven 2? and I am sure this has been asked before but how do you start one?

The shortcut is just fall from heaven 2,

And the scenarios can only be accessed by starting a game and then choosing the scenario screen. This can be done by pressing Ctrl + E, you then just click on the flag next to whichever scenario you want to play...

oh I see thanks for the help but how do I start them?

You are supposed to click on the little flag by its name a second time. However, for many people (including me) this just crashes the game. Kael has posted up a suggestion (which did not work for me) to get around this problem. If, like me, that doesn't work, try going (out of the game) into

my programs/CIV IV/BTS/Mods/FFH/XML/Scenarios

or similar, and open it directly from there (by double clicking). Perhaps you can ensure that you only open them in the correct order, as my method bypasses the point of the 'locked' scenarios.
