Like a ton of bricks!
Well I got civ IV 
I installed Civ IV
Then I tried to run Civ IV
When I run the "Launch Sid Meier's Civ..." a screen that says loading comes up in various different language, they that screen goes away and a little screen with a bar on it comes up. The bar (like it's filling up to let you know how the loading is) says Check XML.
I've tried reinstalling the game but that didn't help.
Any ideas?
