Hello, So i was wondering could someone create or guide me through
creating a "Kingdom of prussia" And a scotland Civ and make them compatible for Rise of mankind 2.92..i really enjoy this mod and i wouldn't consider playing a singleplayer game on
anything else. How ever, I Enjoy calling my self Prussian Everyday and not
german Because my Ancestors departed Prussia Before the german area was just know as germany. I Also fancy the flag. so i would like a prussian civ and maybe i could
combat the holy roman and german empire(s) with prussia.
But would someone please get back to me on making a prussian civ. Thank you. My favorite Version of the prussian flag T

You can find a tutorial on making a civ here. I don't know what else you need to do to make it comaptable with RoM. Something to do with realistic diplomacy I think.
