I have a problem about rise of mankind a new dawn.how to do deal with language?

the second choose is finish,however,I want to show chinese or “中文”
I should modify which files,and,what should I do

You'll automatically get the choice in the menu, if these languages exist.
Which means you'd actually have to translate all the files in the Assets\XML\text folder.
Quite some work.
Additionally, i don't know, if civ will directly accept chinese symbols. You'll probably have to work with the HTML symbols instead.
