I have created a civilization for BTS, Sicily, for my grand mod. For some reason however, everything works fine. But theres just one problem. 
When I play as Sicily, the game CTDs right after I build my first city. However, when Im not Sicily, but Sicily is there as an AI, they build a city, and nothing happens. I can't seem to find what the problem is. If someone could please figure out what the problem is, I'd really appreciate it.

Sorry, disregard this, I put it in the wrong area.
